Well, he treated her like shit. I love The Beatles, but I can’t stand how girls love them blindly, they were all assholes in their first relationships. John was bad to Cyn, George was bad to Pattie, Paul cheated like a maniac to Jane, Ringo… well, I don’t remember anything BAD about him and Mo, just that in the end his alcoholism was too much to handle. In the end, I can’t blame Pattie for leaving him.
John, well, he and Yoko went through lot of shit too, they weren’t all lovely dovey like they show in the Double Fantasy videos, they were apart for an entire year. But most of us base their relationship in the late 60’s and late 70’s, what happened in the middle? Nobody knows since John wasn’t in the spotlight. We all know he took a year off Yoko and then they got back together and he focused all his time on Sean. Where’s all the “Uuuuh John’s so happy” moment?.
